i-Card Application
What documentation is required to apply for an i-Card?
To apply for an i-Card, please submit clear color copy of the following documents to help us to confirm your identity and residential address. This could either be done by scanning the document or by taking a high-resolution digital photograph.

1.Proof of identity document (with at least 3 months remaining)
• Driver's license (Front and back)
• Passport
• National Identity card (Front and back)
• Government-issued photo ID (Front and back)

2. Proof of address 
• Utility bill (Gas, Electricity, Water, Telephone) that includes your name (issued within the last 3 months)
• Bank Statement or credit card statement (No online/bank branch print-offs) that includes your name. (issued within the last 3 months)
• Tax bill that includes your name. (issued within the last 3 months)
• Driver's license (Front and back, valid for at least 3 months from date)
• National Identity card (Front and back, valid for at least 3 months from date)

Note:
• The copy is clear enough to recognize your name, residential address, date of birth and issue of date.
• Respective document can't be used for both proof of identity and proof of address.
All four edges are clearly visible.
Can a minor apply for an i-Card?
To be eligible to apply for an i-Card, you must be at least 18 years old.
Can I apply for an i-Card without an i-Account ?
No, you need to open an i-Account before your apply for an i-Card.
How long does it take to receive my card?
It takes 2-4 weeks after we confirm your identity and activation fee is charged.
Please note if there's a problem with the documents you submit, the process might take longer than 4 weeks.
i-Card Top up
How can I top up to my card?
You need to transfer money from your i-Account to your card by following these steps:
1. Log in to your i-Account.
2. Click Service near the top of the page.
3. Click Card on the left-hand side of the page.
4. Choose the card you want to top up, and click Load.
5. Enter the transfer amount and click Confirm.
Can I top up at an ATM?
No, you can't add money to your card at an ATM.
How long does a top up take to reflect in my card?
A top up transaction will be immediately reflected in your card.
i-Card Usage
Can I use my card if I have balance on my i-Account?
You need to transfer money from your i-Account to your card by following these steps:
1. Log in to your i-Account.
2. Click Service near the top of the page.
3. Click Card on the left-hand side of the page.
4. Choose the card you want to top up, and click Load.
5. Enter the transfer amount and click Confirm.
How do I check my card balance and transaction history?
You can view your card balance and transaction history on your i-Account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your i-Account.
2. Click Service near the top of the page.
3. Click Card on the left-hand side of the page.
4. Choose the card you want to top up, and click Transaction History.
5. Select a transaction period.
6. Click Search to view your balance and transaction history.
Can I get a replacement card when my card expires?
You'll receive an email notification email 30 days prior to its expiration date and then you should receive a replacement card.
Can I change my PIN number?
The system will automatically generate a PIN number. You'll be unable to change it for security reasons. Once generated, please keep your PIN number private.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Please contact us at support center from your i-Account registered Email address. Once you've informed us of the loss, we'll be able to block the card from future use and issue a new card to you.
The remaining balance on the lost card will be transferred to your new card after it is reissued.
* Please note that a service fee will be charged to replace lost or stolen card.
There are two currency options for payment when using Card - USD and CNY. Which one should I use?
It is advisable and economical to use your local currency (e.g. use CNY when you are in China).
